In the administrative district of Yerevan, Davtashen Olimpiavan’s construction begun in 2013 is completed. At the end of September, 2015 the personnel of National Olympic Committee moved to the building which is already put in operation.
Olimpiavan constructed only on means of the president of NOCA Gagik Tsarukyan represents a huge sport base in the size 7500km. The sport base is ready to accept more than 300 athletes under its roof and is equipped with all necessary conditions conforming to the international standards for trainings. National teams will train here.
Olimpiavan is sated with sports halls of wrestling, judo, taekwondo, boxing, weightlifting, both game and water sports halls and the centers of services of anti-doping sports medicine. The high-quality hotel of Olimpiavan can host 350 athletes. Besides specialized sports halls, in a sports Olympus there are athletic fields and playgrounds, and also a recreation area.
