Dear women, mothers, sisters and girls!
I want to congratulate you on your holiday with the greatest warmth, sending you my sincerest wishes.
April 7 is not an ordinary holiday; it is the Solemnity of the Annunciation, the day when the Virgin Mary received the most important news.
For the heroic mothers of our motherland and our country, the last years have been full of bad news, and the announciation of new motherhood is the greatest comfort and consolation for many women. We must heal our wounds by telling each other good news, and I would like to hear of such news much.
On this feast day, I would like to wish there were many news of motherhood in our Armenian families.
In Artsakh also, during the blockade, in difficult conditions, many good news of motherhood reach families, and the children being born fill the hearts passing through difficult times with hope. It is the duty of each of us to support these families as much as possible so that motherhood brings only joy and happiness.
I would like to again congratulate all the women and girls of Artsakh and Armenia on this bright holiday and ask you; “Direct your brightness, your strength, your big and kind hearts to the prosperity of our country and to the regeneration of our homeland. Be a mother, be a sister to our wounded country, love and protect our motherland with your great feminine strength.”
I wish endless happiness to you…
