I am deeply encouraged by the bold and innovative ideas of our young people. Gagik Tsarukyan

In concluding the competition announced within the framework of the “Proposal for Armenia” project, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to students from various universities in Yerevan, all regions of Armenia, as well as leading universities abroad, for their active participation.
I am deeply encouraged by the bold and innovative ideas of our young people. They are united by a single aspiration: the desire to build a just and modern state. Achieving this goal requires the creation of conditions that will enable these ideas to be transformed into reality.
I extend my special appreciation to our young men who participated in the 44-day war and sustained injuries. We have already laid the foundations of a strong and principled friendship.
As I stated yesterday, not a single valuable idea will be overlooked. All proposals will be incorporated into the “Proposal for Armenia” program, and their authors will be given the opportunity to participate personally in its implementation.
Helplessness is not befitting of our nation, which possesses both remarkable talent and a powerful historical legacy. I am confident that what may seem impossible simply requires greater effort, and I remain ready to support any patriotic initiative.
