Today I would like to discuss several key principles of the “Offer to Armenia” program. Gagik Tsarukyan

The idea of the program “Armenia’s Proposal” finds wide support in various sectors of society and professional circles. This circumstance brings forth responsibility for me.
And today I would like to discuss its several key principles.
1. The discussion of the problem can’t be avoided. Everything, even the most difficult problems, must be voiced and heard. All problems have solutions, they can be difficult or easy, quick or difficult to solve, but there the solution undoubtedly exists. We cannot leave our citizens alone with their problems. This is exactly what I mean when I say that “Armenian Proposal” is a program in which every citizen will see the formulation and solutions to the most pressing and urgent problems of his, his family and his state.
2. I am creating all the conditions for the implementation of this program, but its real authors are our citizens: our teacher, our doctor, our teacher, our musician, our farmer, our taxi driver, our builder, our farmer, our businessman and others who know their problems best and suggest the right solutions. The authors of this program are the best industry experts and people with kind hearts. And this, I say with confidence, is a supra-party program aimed at our common good.
3. It is impossible to deceive our people. People have seen, felt, and perceived so much, that they don’t believe false promises. If you promise something, you should know the possible solutions to this problem, and you should calculate all the possibilities in advance. You can’t feed people with beautiful and false promises. In fact, if you think about it carefully, why cheat if all the issues that concern people have real solutions? They may not be easy ones, but for such cases we have good specialists, capable, knowledgeable and experienced people, educated and highly qualified young staff. And for these difficult solutions people need real confidence. What we need is to talk honestly and openly to people, discuss all difficult issues, and listen to their suggestions.
Yes, this program will be created with the direct participation of the citizens and with the involvement of the best specialists from Armenia and the Diaspora. And we have already started this business.
