Today the statue symbolizing the glorious victories of “Ararat-73” was erected in Yerevan sponsored by NOC President Gagik Tsarukyan. The unveiling ceremony of the statue wasn’t chosen randomly; exactly 43 years ago Ararat had become the USSR Cup winner opening a glorious page in the Armenian football.
